A look back at some of our recent events.
Sharkfest West is the annual gathering of Pacific Sharkfest—a passionate community of BMW E24 (6 Series) enthusiasts that has been bringing these iconic 1980s grand tourers together since 2002. What started as a small meetup has grown into a can’t-miss event, drawing owners and their cars from across the western United States and Canada.
SharkFest West is a community dedicated to the appreciation, preservation, and enjoyment of the iconic BMW E24 chassis — the legendary “Sharknose” coupe.
Bringing together owners, enthusiasts, restorers, and admirers of the BMW 6 Series, our group celebrates the timeless design, grand touring heritage, and driving spirit that make the E24 one of BMW’s most beloved classics.
From scenic drives and car shows to technical discussions, restoration stories, and lifelong friendships, SharkFest West is where passion for the BMW E24 comes alive. Whether your car is concours-perfect, a daily driver, or still a dream in the garage, all fans of the Shark are welcome.
Classic Lines. Timeless Drive.
Central Coast, Paso Robles, Parkfield
Slip out of Paso Robles into forgotten California — past Bee Rock's rugged hills, down lonesome Jolon Road, and into Parkfield for pie where cowboys still outnumber tourists. Then backroads back to Paso. 132 miles of pure Central Coast soul.
Central Coast, Paso Robles
Wind through Peachy Canyon's vine-draped hills, drift past Templeton's quiet backroads, then follow Highway 41 where California opens wide. Pay your respects at the James Dean Monument — rebel country, forever frozen in time — before looping home through Estrella and San Miguel's dusty grace.
